A state legislature can decide complete banning of abortion, prosecution of women and doctors, access to medical records etc. This is the most regressive ruling of the highest court of any developed country. It is astonishing what it signals.[/quote] Again, it’s not about states. It’s about “the people and their representatives“ which paves the way for a federal ban.[/quote]
