They were sent to be disruptive in the Captial while policy makers were dealing with Ukraine. They got hauled out of Canada before causing too much trouble and they were never allowed to really come into DC Now, they are currently stuck on the beltway as safety officials deal with a multi care pile up that closed the outer loop past Conn Ave.[/quote]
