Oh, it's Virginia and Maryland! The only reason Illinois is white was because of Chicago Teachers Union (and they went back before APS!). [/quote] And WV and NJ. And conveniently omitting the MANY other states that were <50%. 50% of kids were still virtual when APS rolled out the plan and brought back kids right along with many other schools. AHEAD of other schools. Truth hurts. APS wasn't an outlier. [/quote]
