But this is such an obvious thing --cross-country trip alone! Easttown is not a Prius-y place! the cost of the drive (hotels, gas, etc) is more than the cost of a flight! parking in Berkeley! every aspect of getting admitted to and attending Berkeley OOS! -- how did no one say, "Uh, maybe she applies before the deadline, and they take her to the airport, at least?"[/quote]
