I’m almost 1 year out from discovering my husband’s affair and what she writes resonates.  It is an emotional roller coaster with setbacks and triggers along the way.  No sleep.  I’m being treated for symptoms of ptsd.[/quote]

One year out and it comes in uncontrollable waves.  The fixation.  The mental movies.  It’s awful.  I can’t sleep.  I’ll be fine , then a trigger will come and it’s 48 hours of intense pain/rumination/anxiety...hit repeat.  Up and down.[/quote]
