The South Korean government used to lend Korean immigrants money to open businesses in the US.  I'd be strongly in favor of the US government lending money to black people to open stores in black neighborhoods.

What I finds so off putting about this whole reparations argument is that I only favor giving money to people who need it today and solely because they do, in fact need it today.  But I get called racist if I don't think you need to justify that need by telling me tragic stories about your ancestors.  [/quote]
Korea was their guess where they were from. Maybe they were from Vietnam for all I know. 
We could also see a black employee of the pizzeria who doesn’t have a great work ethic.
