I haven't missed many people and they likely haven't missed me, this makes me think it's time to find a better community.

People complaining are incredibly annoying. You have food, water, electricity, it's good weather so you're not dying of heat or cold, you have internet and can keep in touch with everyone at ANY time, and yet people are SO bored, they need connection. FT someone. You have ANY idea how lucky you are?

If either country actually wanted me and my aging parents were willing to pack up and follow us, I would move in a hot second. I'll gladly pay all the taxes. Their people are happier and their healthcare system and overall quality of life is better. I would much rather raise my kids in a society that is focused on the "we" instead of the "me". It's not so easy to move there though. [/quote]
