I was a bit taken aback by the very matter of fact manner of the people doing the open house, starting with them not understanding that the parents there were not yet enrolled and starting 15 minutes late. They also use a 10 minute video that is purely Dr. R talking in a monotone about the program--great content, totally odd delivery.
