They actually use the tax refund as a sort of forced savings. Most people, if they have an extra $50 in their check, spend that $50. You can call them not smart if you choose but what I'm telling you is a fact. It's great that you have the ability to save like that but majority of people do not and depend on their tax refund. The tax refund represents the largest financial transaction as well as the high water mark in checking of the year for most people.[/quote]
