You cannot claim that.  Even the Miami Herald said this:
"The Miami Herald could not obtain video of the April 10, 2015, event, or a transcript of the remarks."

Kelly could well have heard her claiming to have been instrumental in the funding of the building. I wouldn't put it past Wilson to make this claim.  What harm could it do?  Nobody will ever know the truth, right?  
 I seriously hope someone comes out with a video of the speech.

When Kelly was the Secretary of DHS, he gave inaccurate statements about what DHS was doing.  Whether he knew the truth and was lying or just didn't know, he wasn't very concerned with accuracy and truth.[/quote]

Kelly is just as partisan, which may be worse since she at least is a politician whereas he is a general.

And you conveniently leave out her decades long association with this particular family.  She's probably the reason he joined the military in the first place.[/quote]
