Believe me, I'm not trying to dismiss his crime and I'm well aware how that works in cases of white terrorists.  But it can't be denied that someone who could do what he did is mentally ill.

Tangentially, Trump's commission on the opiod crisis recomended mental health parity for medicaid spending. It's part of Obamacare but not really enforced. News reports are that this killer's home state is so overwhelmed with overdose events that many counties are undercounting. [/quote]
