I think a lot of people just want Valor to be more or better than what it is because it has so many things going for it like a convenient location, lots of field space, the Fieldhouse for winter, and a lot of families that know each other from the surrounding community. If they could just figure out a way to have a more consistent training and coaching philosophy and attract more quality coaches (and frankly people), I think a lot of people would be really happy. But instead, you have some that are frustrated that they feel like they have to give up a convenient location, which is not a small thing around here, in order to feel like they are getting their money’s worth. I think VSA is a club that Valor should look to as an example of a community club that also has a strong reputation for development.
