Find a hobby.[/quote] I have actually been really happy with the coaches we have had over the last few years (And yes, I know a lot of others have had their own positive and negative experiences) and that is honestly the reason we have stayed. What I have a problem with is how the organization actually makes decisions which then can have a negative affect on keeping said coaches and players. To me its about ensuring that Valor at least tries to stay competitive and have a good overall reputation as a destination for players to actually want to come to. [/quote]
