1. I want the us to be more actively involved in Mexico and latam - Russia exerting influence in Ukraine gives us more justification for future kinetic actions in Mexico

Um.  No.  Apples and oranges.  The issue in Mexico is a combination of poverty, drugs, and corrupt politicians.  "Future kinetic actions" my a**.  That's what a Russian would say, so I don't believe you were born in this country.  Mexico is a sovereign country, so deal with it.

What a clown.  The US foreign policy is all about multipolarity and knowing that maintaining relationships are important, so again, this shows your ignorance of how things work in the US.

The US didn't do anything to 'russian commodity market'.  Although the West is (on a voluntary basis) conducting an embargo of Russian oil as protest for it's invasion of Ukraine and War Crimes it's committed; ironically it's the Russian Central Bank who halted foreign currency exchange until the end of the year, and Putin who announced he was cutting off refined fuel exports (making their domestic issues even worse).
