Neither do parking tickets, or someone driving a car with Maryland plates, which seems to be a point you're too thick to understand if it isn't spelled out for you.

One bush league reporter has a wife in charge of a dubious nonprofit, which doesn't actually seem.to exist much besides its website; and doesn't think he personally should have to pay traffic tickets because DC is bad and he doesn't live there. Plus, he and his wife have horrible taste. The other bush league reporter is against birth control, gays, and thinks the Bible can guide her in the path of righteousness... for journalism.

All of this is as beside the point--any point at all--as someone Dearing bankruptcy in 1999. [/quote]
