Thanks.[/quote] I am not PP and I am not defending the crime or the criminal.... But you do realize that people don't sit in jail until trial, right? He will be tried and convicted of Vehicular Manslaughter and do 2 years, no matter how rich he is. And by history... you mean 2 offenses for underage drinking in the past 8 months.... so i am not sure the courts will consider that a "history", maybe a pattern, but it is irrelevant in the case.
