Not necessarily, no. And no on the shared accountability unless the wife is accused and charged herself, that's not how the law works.

We don’t know that she wasn’t questioned. All we know for sure is that she wasn’t charged with any crime.

There are rumors that she has left the country with her young children, which, given that she isn’t an American citizen and quit the job that gave her the right to live here, isn’t too strange. It’s also not strange or creepy to imagine a scenario where it would be best to remove the kids from this situation before school starts. [/quote]
