Kids who have chosen to live abroad for a significant period of time have demonstrated independence and flexibility. Not to say that there aren’t terrible hires who have studied abroad and great students who study domestically, but it is one positive signal about their resilience, which is something that tends to be lacking in the younger generation.[/quote]
