She then reentered her courtroom and directed the illegal immigrant to a private jury area that the public isn’t allowed access to. She had no way of knowing other task force members were stationed throughout the courthouse. This is an easy case. She’s in serious trouble. ICE agents are allowed to make an arrest outside the courtroom. The Chief Judge confirmed that.[/quote]
