If that government (read "President") believes itself to be confined by the constitution and federal laws.  But this government (read "President") seems to believe it is bound only by what it/he considers to be boundaries.  Those are few indeed.

Carry an apostilled birth certificate or naturalization papers with you everywhere to avoid waking up in El Salvador after a "clerical error"deprived you of the right to challenge the government's assertion you are MS-13.[/quote]
