I haven't watched it yet -- the musical element is off-putting to me. I saw everything in the Comedy/Musical category except Emilia Perez and Wicked and really liked all of them.

Zoe Saldana was annoying at the ceremony last night. I thought it was so obnoxious for her to run up on stage to give the award for, I think, foreign language film? It wasn't her moment, she could have sat in her seat and cheered them on like everyone else. She'd already received her own award and given her own speech, she didn't need to hog someone else's moment.[/quote]

I've never been a big fan of Zoe, as a person or as an actress. She always comes across as self-centered in interviews. Not unusual for actresses, but there is no variety, or much dimension, in her roles. You also just see Zoe. I feel the same way about Margaret Qualley. Zoe is getting attention for EP because she sang and danced, not because her acting was so amazing. Also, she really was co-lead not supporting, which also helps her.[/quote]
