Esp in these times with guns, social media, etc.  I can see how that kid was so messed up he didn't know where he was.  No excuse and the parents 10000% for sure need to be punished but on some level, this was a tragedy more than what happened at the school and a tragedy for that entire family living the way they were.[/quote]

The mother was not allowed to contact the father directly and had to go through an intermediary so I doubt she was in the house.[/quote]

 I'm not a gun owner and would never buy one for my child. She locked her kids out of the house and sometines in freezing weather. They were crying to get back in. They asked their neighbors for food. She has multiple arrests across 4 states. All of that can take a terrible toll on kids. [/quote]
