He has been meeting with Bowser and Mendo. He has been expressing concerns re: changes in Chinatown since a press conference in March 2023. There have been several WP articles.

I think Bowser was priortizing football and they did not think they were running out of time and did not prioritize it. They read Leonsis wrong, clearly. And discounted the relationship he has with Younkin and how well VA would work together to bring the opportunity. [/quote]
