They asked if there is a limit on conversions to 2/4/6 plexs. There isn’t. There is a limit on the number of MMH per year, but if they are all 6 plexs that’s no problem! [/quote]

Multifamily buildings still have to conform to setback/height restrictions. You can only fit so much on typical Arlington lots. [/quote]
