So, as a new resident of Arlington, and as a Democrat, let me get this straight: an important elected position, in a county that prides itself on its educational services, was decided by 6200 people among a population of over 200K? Furthermore, moving to an all-online voting method only broke the previous record for turnout by...235 votes? So technology use is ok when it improves election turnout by a few percent, but technology use is not ok for teaching new material to kids because of "equity" concerns?

Even better, the o ly reason we have this caucus is because the Arlingtonn Dems want to evade the law on school board seats being non-partisan.  I am a lifelong Dem,  it will never support the Arlington Democrats as an organization because they act in bad faith in a way that undermines the proper functioning of local government.[/quote]
