What I don't understand, with charging way above market rates for all of their rec/revenue teams...why doesn't Valor hire better coaches? yes, compared to other local low-level clubs, Valor has a ton of admin staff and managerial types sucking up profit that should be going to pay for good coaches. the club was founded specifically so the dudes in charge could pay themselves more than they could get away with under the umbrella of a traditional rec sports league (CYA).
