[/quote] DS at a different MCPS HS told me some news he heard about this boy that is incredibly disturbing. I don’t know if it’s true but if it is, this is beyond juvenile services. He should be charged as an adult. I don’t know why the police aren’t releasing more facts about the investigation. It would quell the rumors if they are untrue. I do feel very sorry for his parents.
