So, this money has been sitting there for almost 50 years, no interest in tx btw, and I've supplied a massive trove of documents (including a couple published sources on my grandfather which speak to his family, including his wife and only child) and I still can't get it.

Might be worth it to split the pot with an attorney. Or get another relative or someone extremely elderly to make an affidavit. [/quote]
