[/quote] This is funny to me, because I actually did wait until 30 for my first tattoo. But it certainly wasn't a monetary issue. An 18 year old will have plenty of disposable income to pay for a tattoo if that's what they want. Especially small tattoos like what OPs kid is considering are not that expensive. [/quote]
