Most higher GS grades are salaried and often do not get comp time unless approved by agency leadership. For some of the lower GS grades, comp time is mandatory for any hour over 8. [/quote] DP, I’m GS and definitely not hourly but at least when we request time off we have to put in start and end times. My weekly time cards does not have start and end times, though.[/quote]
