Someone said basically straight A’s, and someone wondered if that included A-‘s. In that context, no, they are not the same. UVA is not going to accept your FCPS student with a 3.7 unweighted GPA. [/quote] Our high school district does not give minus/plus only straight letter grades. DD definitely works hard to squeak into the A zone but I can see how that would not feel fair to other students who have high A's. [/quote]
