Here is a link to an article that states prosecutors are recommending a sentence of time served for Juliana. I've read the same on multiple reputable news outlets. However, I think ultimately it will be up to the judge whenever she is officially sentenced. For the charge of manslaughter, she can face up to 10 years in prison. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/juliana-magalhaes-guilty-plea-manslaughter-virginia-au-pair/
Well, the longer they delay BB's trial, the longer JPM pays for murdering JR. I hope the judge does not accept the prosecutions suggestion of time served. Even if she says she didn't think BB would do it...SHE turned the car around and went into the house with the child. SHE could have kept driving to anywhere with the child. She could have asked the affair agency for help or a new placement. She could have left the house and not moved into the bed in the crime scene after the murders were committed. I think she has to serve at least 5 years even if her testimony was essential to locking up BB. JPM was 100% a willing participant and actually murdered someone to further her romantic ambitions. Fingers crossed for justice. JPM has to be in jail more than 2 yrs.
