Equity and One Fairfax were the catalyst for starting this process a few years ago. It is indisputable and all on video in board docs. Unfortunately, as the school board toned back and redefined "equity" as it relates to rezoning, they failed to also dial back the rezoning process to the previous need based rezoning only, and stability through having a longer window than 5 years between rezoning cycles [/quote]
