[/quote] That was just an example of how having varying standards across states can be a problem. Having common standards across states would address this issue. I bet you are the type of person that complains and complains about a problem, and when people try to come up with solutions, you just spot wholes and complain more about the solution, and never come up with a viable solution of your own.[/quote]
