[/quote] Because the time to do it was a week ago when it was much easier to do it and before all these kids and pedestrians walked all over it. Now it is pretty near impossible. Apparently people didn't have the sense to figure out it was going to be near impossible later on, but here we are. The County could have helped them along by enforcing from the beginning.
