If my dc's club was hiring someone so toxic mid year (meaning: I accepted a team offer to play for Coach A and now we are getting Coach B, which I did not agree to), I would want ALL the information so I could be sure to attend practices and closely supervise his interactions with my Larla. My friends daughter played for him at GFR on the 09's and there was a dad on the team who recorded all of their games.  He had to remove the audio before sharing with parents at GD's request because he was caught being so terrible to girls on the sideline.  At least 6 girls left his 09 team this past summer because of it.  Yes, some people stayed and will tolerate this type of abuse if the coach is winning but it is a FACT that he is verbally abusive to girls.  And I don't mind my kid being pushed hard but being called names and berated in front of her teammates is abuse and crosses a line!

It wasn't VEO, it was a hand held video camera.  The dad is notorious for recording the matches and posting them on youtube.  If you want to speculate that this isn't accurate, that's fine but I assure you it happened.  I saw many of the clips and he has covered them up with sound bites from EPL games!  [/quote]

Nope, he requested from refs to be on the sideline where the teams were and was usually granted that permission as long as he stood back from the sideline, usually up a hill or in bleachers at a stadium.  Not always, but often he was allowed.  I've seen the videos and he's clearly on the side with the coaches and players. [/quote]

Now this gets better…the story evolves to great detail.   “He stood back from the sideline”  (Up a hill or in the bleaches at the stadium) how does that allow for justifiable audio?  Only reason you have this notion he was on the side line with players and coaches is because he films his close ups during WARM UPS.  Not one ref allows during game time parents near ear shot of coaches and players. Huge violations and fines.  [/quote]
