She didn’t “have to” pay him - it reportedly was an agreement between the two almost 20 years ago, at a time when the chances of Urban collecting big were very small.

Way to totally miss point. It’s insane that a successful woman has to pay this absolute joke of a man money to stay off coke. He is a father. And you’re justifying this. It shouldn’t be Nicole’s responsibility for him to act even like a halfway decent dad.

That's what the experience of rich and famous Hollywood women suggests. Please name one who ended up with an absolute gem of a husband. I can only think of Barbra Streisand and Goldie Hawn for women in their 70s. Younger than that, I'm coming up with nothing. [/quote]
