The house was owned in the dad's name. They probably didnt want to alienate their child before they turned 18 and the reason the mom's name is on the document is because mom's do that sort of thing  Who knows how abusive they were. The killer apologized to them. Maybe they were and maybe it was society and a bad brain that caused a lot of this. Either way the young adult was a graduate of this school and had a bad experience. Its just like all the other school shootings where the person goes back to their school to take out their revenge before killing themselves or being killed. [/quote]
