Obama’s popularity was so strong that it pushed Biden forward in his election. I remember that 2020 election, and plenty of people voted for Biden solely to “get back to normal” aka the Obama era.[/quote] Biden rode Obamas coattails for sure and that can be okay if a VP is 20 years younger than the POTUS.
