The Democrats were not included in drafting the new bill. Why do you expect a bipartisan or nonpartisan vote for a partisan bill? They have a negotiated bipartisan bill and refuse to  put it to a vote. The do-nothing Republican majority is so dysfunctional  that they only allow the House to vote on bills that they know will fail. [/quote]

Private funding doesn’t get the seats constructed at the WH or the security in place.
