Like it or not, it’s true that Democrats have used lawfare fare more often over the last 4 years:

The GOP deliberately appointed forced birther justices to SCOTUS to overturn roe and they did it.  Apparently RFKJ is on board with this and is trying to get anti-women tyrant trump reelected.   This is what those two want the legal system to do women in this country and they are repulsive to many voters because of it.   They need to be kept out of women's private business [/quote]
