She’s getting $80k more a month! There’s no way this is zero sum. That implies the kids cost $160k per month. This was a big win for her, plus she got her lawyer fees and forensics, which he was trying to block by capping her credit limit.

What could bite her is if she loses the down payment and mortgage payments he promised her. $80k extra a month probably eclipses that too. [/quote]
