AEA's endorsement process does not include a vote by its teacher members. It is determined by a committee that interviews each candidate.
It is not a sign that "teachers have spoken."

NP and an AEA member but not on The PAC that votes to endorse.   This is embarrassing and making me question if AEA is really prepared to lead us. And we need strong leadership for collective bargaining. If nothing else, we should have stayed out of it rather than endorsing a 22 yo with no connection to Arlington. Will he even serve out his term? SMDH. [/quote]
