And one who doesn't know, or refuses to learn, the difference between types of sugars and how they break down in the body differently. Just equates every possible food with "sugar" with no distinction. I genuinely hope this PP talks to an actual, trained nutritionist, if he or she eschews things like oatmeal and blueberries as simply "sugar." That's simplistic, ill-informed thinking that needs serious professional guidance. [/quote]
