New Yorkers will mask back up as soon as they are told. Most wealthy New Yorkers have moved out of the city to second homes, and the city is lagging behind EVERY other city in getting back in in-person work. You weren't seeing the real New York. But no one will do anything until they are OFFICIALLY told there is a threat. So that's up to Biden, Fauci, and Eric Adams.
