APE is endorsing….Kadera for school board. I guess since the other guy didn’t bother to respond it was a no brainer. https://us7.campaign-archive.com/?u=12119a80f9eb7a7322f4902ae&id=6c58a31e5a When is the governor scorecard coming? Should be good…
The other guy is a complete whacko. Seriously, he is mentally ill.
APE could have easily not endorsed. They actually issues a detailed statement as to why they are endorsing Kadera: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d9zq22Kls9XPWsktdasG5NI2fY9UtQPm/view
This is a great statement. Thank you for posting.
It seems weird to endorse Kadera now when they ran their own candidate (and was against Kadera) in the primaries. Guess APE is still searching for relevancy. No one cares.
I think Standards Based Grading is going to make them super relevant and I think the fact that they endorsed Kadera shows how mainstream they are, and their agenda is. You’d have to think the local Democratic Party is the Church to think APE is some sort of heretical Youngkin style GOPers. APE is just this message board and the education matters FB group, but IRL. If APS and the SB hadn’t done such a crap job over the last two years, APE wouldn’t exist. APS has had ZERO accountability or consequence for its missteps and it’s about time someone pointed out it’s reputation has been coasting on the performance of good teachers and an over abundance of high acheiveing students from well to do families. It’s finally becoming clear that the admin needs to up their game.
