I hope so!  I'm actually very excited about this community.  I'm exploring other options, but right now, it's towards the top of my list.  I very much value having a warm and welcoming community. While no one has been overtly negative about MPDU's, there's certainly an undertone in some of the comments, which has given me pause.  I don't want to assume anything, but I also know that people do make assumptions - consciously or unconsciously.  I don't want to ever feel that I have to explain my presence in my neighborhood.  Or to feel that some in the neighborhood are looked down upon simply because they acquired their homes through such a program.  As long as someone is a good neighborhood, they are good with me!
