They used that kid like a circus animal. The adoption agency should sue them for every dime they made off him in sponsored posts. [twitter]https://twitter.com/mellierenee/status/1266101091667771393[/twitter]
If they could afford a vacation, they could have afforded to hire help for him, even a nanny. Adoption agency cannot sue them. However child welfare can investigate them.
I think this sort of thing should be included in future adoption codicies. This woman went looking for this child like a predator. They didn't come to her. I also think all children being used for financial gain on social media should be protected by federal law. Any profits the legal guardians make by using their images or faces should be split 50/50 and that half goes into a trust that's sealed for them to use for college or private school education and/or until they're 21 years of age. Just like the Hollywood child star laws post-Shirley Temple.
Lmao do you know how many family vloggers there are? Never going to happen.
Lmao do you know how many child actors and actresses there are out there? Far more. Youtube also controls the majority of their revenue stream - easy to click a button and cut off their monetization if ordered to by CPS. Or they can divert the funds into 529 accounts instead of bank accounts.
