No they don’t.  When the measure was just passed in Montgomery County, no one could cite a single example of a single case of alleged discrimination.  It’s a feel good measure for a problem that doesn’t exist.  No one cares how you wear your hair as long as it doesn’t interfere with your work (like long hair near machinery) or get in someone’s food.

Are you AA? I can’t believe how sheltered some people are. Of course hair discrimination exists- I have multiple friends in professions where they were explicitly told their hair could not be in braids or natural bc it wasn’t professional. Just bc it hasn’t happened to you doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen.[/quote]
