As it should be.[/quote] No, they're not leaving the schools around Carlin Springs with extra capacity. Abingdon is projected to start at 96% and get to 102% by 2021. Under current planning Abingdon can take no trailers, so they will struggle just to manage those numbers. Barcroft is projected to start at 107% and go up to 113%, the highest utilization numbers by far of any of the schools involved in this process. If anything, they'll probably end up shedding units to someone else in 2020. Randolph is is projected to be lower but it would be really hard for that school to take from Carlin Springs without violating continguity if the current proposal for Drew boundaries hold, the Drew boundary cuts between Randolph and Carlin Springs.[/quote]
